We are proud to announce that Oloop has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Health Care Staffing by demonstrating continuous compliance with the Commission’s performance standards. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.
A Rigorous Process and Commitment to Quality Care
Oloop underwent a rigorous onsite review on February 17, 2022. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission reviewers evaluated compliance with health care staffing standards, which are developed in consultation with health care experts and providers, measurement experts, and patients. They are informed by scientific literature and expert consensus to help health care organizations measure, assess, and improve performance. The surveyors also conducted onsite observations and interviews.
This certification is a testament to the caliber of the health care professionals we provide, the strict screening processes we enforce, and the enhanced training we maintain to ensure that our clients—and, more importantly, the patients they treat—receive the best care possible.
An Honor and Reflection of Our Values
As a certified organization, we at Oloop ensure that all of our employees comply with qualification processes that lead to increasingly exceptional standards of reliability and quality for the health care organizations we support.
At our core, we believe in the same outcomes as the health care professionals we employ—saving lives and restoring the nation’s health. We achieve these goals while honoring the work our teams do by adhering to values that we hold dear: inclusion, a culture of caring and guidance, advocacy, doing right by our people, and helping America’s healthcare professionals thrive. The long and intensive process involved in obtaining the Joint Commission’s accreditation demonstrates our unwavering commitment to these ideals.
“As a private accreditor, The Joint Commission surveys health care organizations to protect the public by identifying deficiencies in care and working with those organizations to correct them as quickly and sustainably as possible,” said Mark Pelletier, RN, MS, chief operating officer, Accreditation and Certification Operations, and chief nursing executive, The Joint Commission. “We commend Oloop for its continuous quality improvement efforts in patient safety and quality of care.”
